"Journey’s End: Embracing Home After a 4,000-Mile Skoolie Adventure"

Hello everyone, I can’t believe I’m saying this, but the skoolie pulled through and I am finally back home! What an extraordinary adventure it has been - 27 days on the road, traversing through 11 different states, covering a staggering 4,000 miles, and collecting a lifetime’s worth of memories along the way. I am overjoyed and grateful to have you all come along with me on this incredible journey, sharing in my experiences and adventures from afar.

This journey has been about so much more than just the places I’ve visited; it’s been about the people I’ve met and the stories we’ve shared. Logan and Boo, with their infectious enthusiasm for life; Karen’s wisdom; Timmy’s laughter that could brighten the darkest of days; Teri’s kindness, Sasha’s free spirit, and Zac’s adventurous soul; The gentleman at the recovery center who’s strength is unmatched; Justin’s dedication, Ali’s creativity, and Tami Jean’s unwavering support; Comrade’s companionship, Tony’s mentorship, and Nicole’s generosity; Jason’s insight, Crystal and her family’s hospitality; Travis’s strength, Destiny’s courage, and of course, the warmth and love of my Lady Friend. Each person played a unique and special part in my journey, leaving a lasting imprint on my heart.

Carrying gratitude with me was my guiding principle throughout this journey, helping me to navigate through the highs and lows with grace and appreciation. Whether I was exploring the great outdoors or basking in the beauty of nature, I found that gratitude amplified the beauty of each moment and strengthened my soul. The natural world, with its vast landscapes and breathtaking vistas, served as a constant reminder of the beauty that surrounds us, helping to rejuvenate my spirit and bring a sense of peace to my heart. To everyone who has followed along, commented, liked, and kept me company from afar - thank you. Your support and companionship have meant the world to me, and I am filled with gratitude for each and every one of you. Here’s to the open road, the kindness of strangers, and the healing power of nature. Until the next adventure, thank you, from the bottom of my heart.  Olet.
